2009 Chinese Gold Production Figures Come In

As it turns out, the figure was below 325 tons but well above 300. According to the China Gold Association, 2009 output was 313.98 tons; 2009 is the first year that PRC production exceeded 300 tons. This result makes China the #1 gold producing country for the third year in a row.
